Professor Peter Quartey elected Chairman of PIAC

The membership of the Committee has been reconstituted following the expiration of the tenure of some Members. Mama Agumekosua V from the Queen Mothers Association of Ghana, Dr Edmund AdinkraDarko of the Trades Union Congress (TUC), Alhaji Abdul Majeed Saeed from the Muslim Groups, Rev Johoiada Godwin Amuzu from the Christian Groups, Mr Daniel Kissi from the Association of Ghana Industries/ Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industries, and Mr Kyei Yamoah from Civil Society and Community-Based Organisations were subsequently sworn into office on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026 by the Director Legal at the Ministry of Finance, Ms Evelyn Amerley Nuno-Amarteifio. PIAC congratulates Professor Peter Quartey and Mr Samuel Bekoe on their election and wishes them success in their respective leadership roles.
