The Government of Ghana has extended financial support to Asante Kotoko and Bibiani GoldStars, providing each club with $50,000 to assist in their preparations for the upcoming CAF Inter-Club competitions.
President John Dramani Mahama announced the donation when the two teams and their technical handlers visited the Jubilee House on Saturday, September 20.
He said this initiative underscores the government’s commitment to supporting local football clubs in their pursuit of success on the continental stage.
