Lee Man-hee, elected member of the Yeongcheon and Cheongdo National Assembly, is from Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do and graduated from the National Police University Department of Law and Korea University Graduate School of Policy.
After completing 28 years of public service, serving as the 23rd Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Commissioner and the 28th Gyeonggi Provincial Police Commissioner, he returned to his hometown and ran for the 20th and 21st Yeongcheon and Cheongdo National Assembly elections, running in the 22nd general election. were elected one after another.
