When the patient is left out, healthcare fails
Read Time:18 Second

The clinician brings training and equipment. The patient brings knowledge of her body, her household, her income, her fears, and her faith. The family brings transport, food, money, and daily care. When those contributions meet, care has a chance to work. When they do not, we get a familiar outcome. Good intentions, poor results.
