High Court dismisses Adu-Boahene’s bid to delete prosecution’s submissions

The prosecution led by Deputy Attorney-General, Dr Justice Srem-Sai, however, opposed the application. He argued that the court had no jurisdiction to expunge portions of a lawyer’s written submission merely because the opposing party disputed their accuracy.
