‘From ICU to wellness centre’: Ato Forson tells parliament Ghana no longer needs IMF financial bailout

Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has declared Ghana’s economy has moved from the ICU to the Wellness Centre, announcing the country is transitioning from IMF bailout dependency to a reform-focused Policy Coordination Instrument.
