Esquire Korea recently uploaded a Youtube video where Jang explained that she stays busy throughout the day even when she has no scheduled activities. Jang said, “I’m really busy even when I’m at home. I have so many things to do.” She added, “I hardly ever lie down. I like stretching and organizing things.” Habits like constantly moving around, as Jang described, can help with weight management. Even at home, increasing physical activity uses more muscles compared to sitting or lying down, which can lead to higher calorie expenditure. Standing activities can also engage muscles continuously to support posture, which can help strengthen muscles over time. Even without setting aside dedicated workout time, doing housework for one to two hours a day can help in staying active.
