When the global K-pop juggernaut BTS arrives in the southeastern port city of Busan next month, municipal authorities will try to turn a two-day stadium concert into a monthlong, citywide economic engine. The Busan Metropolitan Government announced Monday an aggressive “citywide festivalization” project surrounding the upcoming “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN” performances on June 12 and 13.
