Mr Adams also presented the Ghana Sports Fund as a foundation for addressing longstanding financing uncertainty. Established under Act 1159 of 2025, the Fund provides a statutory framework for mobilising resources for athlete preparation, welfare, infrastructure, school and grassroots programmes, and recreation.
