Cristiano Ronaldo may soon be trading football boots for fast cars and big-screen action, as Fast & Furious star and producer Vin Diesel has confirmed the football icon’s involvement in the franchise’s upcoming finale, according to Hollywoodreporter.com.
Diesel shared the news on Instagram on Friday after meeting Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia. Posting a photo of the two giving thumbs up, the actor revealed that a role has been written specifically for the Portuguese superstar.
“Everyone asked, would he be in the Fast mythology… I gotta tell you he is a real one,” Diesel captioned the post. “We wrote a role for him…”
