The 2025 edition of the Inter Tourism Expo Accra (iNTTA) is set to make a major impact on Ghana\u2019s tourism and investment landscape when it opens from October 23 to 25 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.<\/p>\n

The event, spearheaded by Emmanuel Treku, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Convener of the Expo, is expected to bring together key tourism stakeholders, cultural leaders, investors, and innovators under the theme: \u201cCultures Connecting: Fostering Tourism Exchange and Understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n

Unveiling this year\u2019s agenda, Mr Treku said iNTTA 2025 would go beyond conversations to drive actionable strategies for tourism transformation, reflecting Ghana\u2019s growing influence in the global tourism arena and its commitment to sustainable development.<\/p>\n

He said the three-day event would feature a series of high-impact discussions, exhibitions, and cultural showcases designed to ignite dialogue, drive investment, and celebrate Ghana\u2019s heritage.<\/p>\n

Among the major sessions will be: \u201cTourism and Investment in Ghana: An Overview,\u201d where experts and policymakers will explore emerging opportunities, infrastructure growth, and policy reforms to boost the sector.<\/p>\n

Another highlight, \u201cDialogue on the Black Star Experience,\u201d will delve into Ghana\u2019s identity as the Black Star of Africa and how its cultural symbolism continues to shape global tourism interest.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDiaspora Africa Engagements\u201d session will focus on strengthening ties between the continent and the African diaspora through destination tourism, trade, and cultural exchange, while \u201cDestination Marketing: Storytelling in the Digital Age\u201d will examine how digital storytelling and influencer engagement are transforming destination branding.<\/p>\n

Other panel discussions will spotlight \u201cYouth Social Entrepreneurship in a Sustainable Economy\u201d, a call to empower young entrepreneurs in tourism SMEs, as well as \u201cScoring Beyond the Pitch: Sports Tourism and Africa\u2019s Economic Future,\u201d which will explore sports tourism\u2019s potential to boost economic growth and infrastructure development ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.<\/p>\n

There will also be a dialogue on \u201cCultural Heritage Preservation: Balancing Tourism and Tradition,\u201d focusing on safeguarding Ghana\u2019s cultural assets while pursuing tourism growth.<\/p>\n

Mr Treku said iNTTA 2025 would serve as \u201ca platform for global collaboration,\u201d adding that the Expo was not just an event but a movement aimed at positioning Ghana as a hub for cultural tourism, investment, and innovation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis year\u2019s agenda reflects our commitment to connecting cultures, building bridges, and shaping the future of tourism in Africa,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

The Expo will feature exhibitions, networking sessions, cultural performances, and B2B meetings to provide participants with a holistic experience that blends business, culture, and innovation.<\/p>\n
