First National Bank Ghana has launched this year\u2019s Customer Service Week under the theme \u201cA decade of help, a future of more\u2026Mission: Possible.\u201d<\/em> The event marks ten years of the bank\u2019s operations in Ghana and focuses on improving customer experience and rebuilding confidence following recent service challenges.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the launch, Executive Director Sylvia Inkoom said the bank\u2019s decade-long journey has been one of growth and learning. \u201cAfter a decade of support, we are assuring our customers of a future of more. Our mission is to make the impossible possible for individuals, families, and businesses alike,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The celebration, which coincides with the global Customer Service Week, will run throughout October. The bank says it will use the period to engage clients and recognise staff who deliver frontline services.<\/p>\n

Ms Inkoom acknowledged that recent system upgrades disrupted some services but insisted they were necessary to strengthen the bank\u2019s digital infrastructure. \u201cThe transition brought temporary challenges, but it has also laid the foundation for a more secure and efficient banking experience,\u201d she noted, adding that the bank was grateful for the patience of its customers.<\/p>\n

She said the platform is now stable and that both the bank and its clients are \u201cpoised to move forward stronger and more connected.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the celebration, First National Bank plans to hold activities across its branches to interact with customers and better understand their concerns.<\/p>\n

The bank, which began operations in Ghana in 2015, now operates as a full-service financial institution following its merger with GHL Bank in 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
