They have petitioned state institutions to recover funds and prosecute offenders. The ruling National Democratic Congress rebuts the claims, insisting the programme is transparent and fully audited.<\/p>\n

But as pressure mounts, the question is: has G4O been a lifeline for Ghana\u2019s economy or a black hole draining scarce resources?<\/p>\n
