The much-anticipated\u00a0First National Bank Accra Marathon\u00a0is set to make its inspiring return on\u00a0November 08, 2025, continuing its proud tradition as\u00a0Ghana\u2019s premier marathon event.<\/p>\n

Now in its third year, the event is a powerful celebration of\u00a0health, community, and national spirit, taking place in the heart of Accra.<\/p>\n

An initiative currently championed by\u00a0First National Bank\u00a0in partnership with the\u00a0Dansoman Keep Fit Club, the marathon has been in existence for 33 years and has grown into a nationwide movement, inspiring both amateur and professional athletes to push their limits in a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The Chief Executive Officer at First National Bank, Warren Adams, says that the bank\u2019s goal is to maintain a sustainable partnership with the Dansoman Keep Fit Club to create a world-class experience that inspires athletes and celebrates the spirit of community. Mr. Adams emphasized the bank\u2019s unwavering commitment to shared prosperity, saying,\u00a0\u201cThe First National Bank Accra Marathon has become an integral part of the community, and we are dedicated to giving it the support and attention it needs to be sustained\u201d.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s event was a standout success, with\u00a0over 4000 runners and 1000 volunteers\u00a0coming together in a true showcase of unity and determination.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipants have praised the return of Ghana\u2019s first true marathon, the enhanced spectator experience, and the electrifying atmosphere we worked so hard for,\u201d\u00a0said\u00a0Benjamin Ahulu, Chairman of the Dansoman Keep Fit Club.\u00a0\u201cThis year, we\u2019re aiming even higher, and making the race achievable for more people\u201d.<\/p>\n
