There are renewed calls for a more robust and resilient public sector to support Ghana\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n

At the launch of his latest book \u201cGet Ahead, Stay on Track\u201d, author Stanley Okoh stressed that a strong and efficient public service is key to creating the right environment for businesses to thrive.<\/p>\n

Mr. Okoh explained that without an effective public service, businesses would struggle to grow and contribute meaningfully to national development.<\/p>\n

He emphasized that strengthening institutions and governance systems is essential to unlocking Ghana\u2019s economic potential.<\/p>\n

The book, described in its foreword as a \u201cpowerful piece\u201d that fills a critical gap in youth development, offers practical insights into persistence, self-belief, leadership, and strategies for success.<\/p>\n
