The reigning Ghana\u2019s Most Beautiful (GMB) Queen, Nihad Titiaka Oases Ibrahim, has paid a courtesy call on President John Mahama at the Jubilee House, where she presented her flagship project, \u201cEmpowering Communities for Climate Action.\u201d<\/p>\n

The meeting, which Queen Nihad described as \u201ca truly unforgettable moment\u201d, symbolised not only her personal achievement but also a broader commitment to community empowerment and climate resilience.<\/p>\n

Gratitude to President Mahama<\/strong><\/p>\n

Queen Nihad expressed profound appreciation to President Mahama for the support he extended to her during the GMB competition; support she believes contributed to her historic victory. Her win marked the first time the prestigious GMB crown was brought to the Savannah Region, a milestone she regards as both personal and collective.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis milestone was not just a personal victory but also a collective one for my region, and I remain forever grateful,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Advocacy for Sustainable Communities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Central to the meeting was the presentation of Queen Nihad\u2019s advocacy project, \u201cEmpowering Communities for Climate Action.\u201d The initiative focuses on climate education, tree planting, recycling, waste management, and the promotion of clean cooking solutions and the construction of a 3-Unit Classroom Block in the Savannah Region. She called on the President for his guidance and support in scaling up the project\u2019s impact across the country.<\/p>\n

According to Queen Titiaka, Ghana\u2019s future depends on sustainable development strategies that combine leadership, youth innovation, and grassroots participation.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the encounter, the former UPSA SRC Women\u2019s Commissioner commended President Mahama\u2019s leadership and dedication to national development, describing him as a source of inspiration.
\u201cHis Excellency\u2019s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to national development continue to inspire me deeply. It strengthens my resolve to keep working towards a greener, more sustainable future for Ghana and beyond,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n

As the Winner of Ghana\u2019s Most Beautiful 2024, Queen Nihad Titiaka has used her platform not only to celebrate culture but also to champion causes that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
