The Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod) has suspended the license of NK Benark Enterprise, a licensed Tier 2 gold buying company, and ordered the immediate closure of all its trading outlets nationwide.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, GoldBod said the decision follows allegations linking the company to multiple gold-related offences.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s sole proprietor, Bernard Nkrumah, has been arrested and is currently facing prosecution at the High Court.<\/p>\n

GoldBod cautioned all licensed traders, miners, and the general public against conducting any gold transactions with NK Benark Enterprise.<\/p>\n
