President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has praised President John Dramani Mahama for his recent media engagement, describing the interaction as a strong display of honesty, wisdom and accountability.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Citi FM on Saturday, 13 September, Mr Cudjoe said the President came across as a human and practical leader who was open and willing to engage directly with the public.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy immediate impressions were clearly that this President was actually quite humane. He was truthful, he was wise, he was knowledgeable, and he was practical and verifiably accountable,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n

Mr Cudjoe observed that in today\u2019s political environment, it is refreshing to see leaders ready to speak candidly with citizens.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think one of the things we are witnessing in this era is essentially the fact that we have leaders who are willing to come forward, and I think John has been like that, by the way,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n

He further described the encounter as \u201ccharacteristically brilliant\u201d, applauding both the President\u2019s delivery and the professionalism of the journalists who participated.<\/p>\n

Breaking down his progress, the President detailed a list of initiatives, projects, and reforms he says have been successfully implemented.<\/p>\n

The briefing, which lasted over two hours, was a direct effort to address the public on his government\u2019s performance and vision, covering a wide range of topics from economic stability and infrastructure development to social interventions and governance reforms.<\/p>\n
