Great Olympics captain Kojo Zimbo has revealed that the club aims to use Hearts of Oak to set an example to Division One League teams that they are determined to return to the Ghana Premier League.<\/p>\n

The city rivals will clash in the 2025 Democracy Cup on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Dade Boys\u2019 were relegated in the 2023\/24 season and failed to secure an immediate return to the top flight last campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know what we are capable of doing, and we are well prepared to win this game. We know it\u2019s a very tough game. It\u2019s Accra Hearts of Oak,\u201d Zimbo said at a pre-match press conference on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are a big club. We are also a big club. And we are the landlords.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo we are here. We are here to win. As he said, they are wounded lions. We are ready. We are going to k!ll them. So when they are wounded, they will still go back wounded.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we, we are Great Olympics. We are great in ourselves, and we are great and we are focused. We know what we want.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a goal we\u2019ve set for ourselves \u2014 that we win the Democracy Cup. Then we qualify back to the Premier League. So this is a stepping stone.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are using them as an example for every team in Zone 3 that we are Great Olympics. We are coming back.\u201d<\/p>\n
