The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has assured residents in the Ashanti Region of improved power supply and enhanced customer service.<\/p>\n

Officials of the company at a stakeholder engagement forum chaired by the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi presented ongoing and planned infrastructure projects aimed at ensuring a reliable electricity power supply.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The team included four general managers, the regional operations manager, the district engineer, and public relations officers.<\/p>\n

Officials also highlighted new initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
