Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden has been awarded the 2023\/24 Premier League Player of the Season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The England international\u2019s stellar performance this season, with 17 goals and eight assists, has been instrumental in City\u2019s campaign as they eye a record fourth consecutive English title.<\/p>\n

Foden\u2019s impressive tally is second only to Erling Haaland for City, who has netted 27 league goals. The accolade comes ahead of City\u2019s decisive match against West Ham at home on Sunday, where a win would secure their historic title.<\/p>\n

The Premier League is acknowledged as the greatest league in the world, and it is a pleasure to have been nominated with so many other great players who have all enjoyed special seasons for their clubs<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, the 23-year-old was also voted the Football Writers\u2019 Association Footballer of the Year, further cementing his status as one of the league\u2019s standout performers.<\/p>\n
