Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club head coach, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum, believes an injury to Serge Zeze was problematic for his team and went on to describe the injury as a \u201cbig blow<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n

He said this in his post game presser following Kotoko\u2019s 2-1 loss to Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park in Berekum.<\/p>\n

The loss ends Kotoko\u2019s three game unbeaten run in a game that had two of the top goalscorers in the league, Steven Mukwala of Kotoko and Stephen Amankona of Chelsea, score in the first half. Mizack Afriyie scored in the 96th minute to give Chelsea the win with a fine header.<\/p>\n

Despite praising the efforts of substitute Nicholas Mensah, Prosper Ogum touched on Zeze\u2019s injury and the impact on the team\u2019s play.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Zeze\u2019s injury was a big blow to us because he\u2019s played in that position (central midfield) for sometime now. He\u2019s gotten the experience, he\u2019s gotten the exposure, but then because he had to go out, we had to do a forced tactical substitution which I think we were able to keep the tempo but I think somewhere along the line we couldn\u2019t maintain it.\u201d<\/p>\n
