Chairman of the MTN FA Cup Committee, Wilson Arthur, has described the final game of the competition as a national event.<\/p>\n

He said this in an exclusive interview on CITI TIV\u2019S Football Made In Ghana<\/strong> in the wake of the conclusion of the semifinal games of the tournament.<\/p>\n

Bofoakwa Tano beat Dreams FC 2-1 with Nsoatreman beating Legon Cities by the same margin to setup a clash between the rival teams from the Bono-Ahafo enclave in the final.<\/p>\n

The final of this year\u2019s FA Cup will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium in Legon on June 23 with the winner earning a spot in next season\u2019s CAF Confederation Cup.<\/p>\n

Dreams FC won last season\u2019s title and made it to the semifinals of the CAF Confederation Cup after losing 3-0 on aggregate to Egypt\u2019s SC Zamalek.<\/p>
