officially become a citizen of Ghana after receiving his passport.<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old was born in Antwerp to Ghanaian parents but represents Belgium on the international stage.<\/p>\n<p>Ghana\u2019s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, revealed that the passport issuance was at the personal request of Doku and his family during a visit last week.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">J\u00e9r\u00e9my Baffour Doku receives a Ghanaian passport for the first time. <\/p>\n<p>This was the wish of J\u00e9r\u00e9my and his family when they called on me last week \u2014 glad we successfully delivered chip-embedded passports today.<\/p>\n<p>As a dual citizen he is legally entitled to a Ghanaian freely with cultural and national initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The winger has already met Ghana\u2019s Sports Minister, Kofi Adams, and the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, along with his wife and family at
