It\u2019s still very relevant,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf we abolish that exam conducted by an external body, we\u2019ll end up admitting individuals who, based on scripts I\u2019ve reviewed, struggle to construct a sentence in English.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr Asare argued that the exam\u2019s administration by an independent body is essential to preserving its objectivity and ensuring only
