Park Sang-hyuk has been working on all fronts since the beginning of the term of the 21st National Assembly, saying that the above project is absolutely necessary to fundamentally resolve the problem of indiscriminate development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He served as a representative member of the 21st National Assembly&#8217;s Unruly Development Prevention Forum and proposed the &#8216;Special Act on the Maintenance of Illegal Developed Areas&#8217;, held a legislative policy debate at the Daegot-myeon Resident Autonomy Center, and held meetings with residents on local issues to consistently communicate with residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also emphasized the necessity and urgency of the project to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment at the National Assembly Budget and Accounts Special Committee, leading to the passage of the preliminary feasibility study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rep. Park Sang-hyuk said, \u201cWe need to create an eco-friendly future industrial complex in a timely manner through rapid project progress,\u201d and said, \u201cThe Daegot Innovation Complex will become a new growth engine for Gimpo along with the Compact City-Hakun Industrial Complex.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, \u201cIn connection with the development of the Daegot Innovation Complex, we plan to explore ways to dramatically improve metropolitan transportation, such as connecting railways and constructing the Daegot IC multi-level intersection,\u201d he said. \u201cDuring development, it will help improve not only the project site but also the surrounding infrastructure and the lives of residents.\u201d \u201cWe will listen to more opinions and work hard to make it happen,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the Daegot Environmental Regeneration Innovation Complex construction project is scheduled to begin construction in 2028 after completing the establishment of a business plan by September 2025, applying for district designation, public notice, and approval of the implementation plan.
