Ghana\u2019s Men\u2019s 4\u00d7100 Relay Team is set to compete at the Penn Relays in Pennsylvania in the United States of America as it attempts to secure a spot in the 2024 Olympic Games.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Penn Relays commenced on April 25 and is set to conclude on Saturday, April 27 with Ghana in line to qualify to the Paris Olympics.<\/p>\n

According to Ghana Athletics, Ghana\u2019s Men\u2019s Relay Team will have Joseph Paul Amoah, Isaac Botsio, Barnabas Aggerh, Ibrahim Fuseini and Joseph Oduro Manu.<\/p>\n

Benjamin Azamati is a notable absentee from the team considering he has been an ever present member of the team since competing at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.<\/p>\n

Azamati was also part of the Ghana Team that finished second at the 2023 Africa Games missing out on a gold medal to Nigeria. Solomon Hammond and Edwin Gadayi were part of the Africa Games team.<\/p>\n

Fuseini and Amoah finished fourth and first in the Men\u2019s 200 Metres at the 2023 Africa Games respectively.\u00a0 Despite winning a record haul of medals in its history competing at the tournament, Ghana failed to secure a spot at this year\u2019s Olympics.<\/p>
