Tiffany Haddish has suffered eight miscarriages amid her battle with endometriosis, with her most recent loss happening last year.<\/p>\n

The 44-year-old comedian, who dated Common between 2020-2021, disclosed her personal struggles to People on Thursday, April 25.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cIt\u2019s so devastating. It\u2019s like, I won\u2019t know why there\u2019s so much blood. And then I go to the doctor and they\u2019re like, \u2018Oh, you\u2019re miscarrying right now.\u2019 And I just get a D&C (dilation and curettage, a procedure to remove pregnancy tissue).\u201d<\/p>\n

Tiffany continued: \u201cEvery time I find out I\u2019m pregnant, I\u2019m like, \u2018Don\u2019t drink, don\u2019t smoke, don\u2019t do nothing.\u2019 Even if I don\u2019t really want [the baby], I still try to give it a chance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Haddish is currently celibate yet dating \u201cmultiple guys\u201d but she\u2019s not certain she wants to remarry after her two divorces in 2011 and 2013 from ex-husband William Stewart.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a part of me that wants to [be a mother],\u201d the Emmy and Grammy winner said. \u201cI\u2019ve got all this love, I should give it to somebody who can grow with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tiffany suffers from long excruciating periods, fainting spells from the pain, and she\u2019s had to undergo surgery to remove fibroids due to the chronic condition where the endometrium extends outside of the uterus and can result in pelvic pain.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m pretty sure the devil is real,\u201d said Haddish, who was prescribed a hormone medication. \u201cBecause the first day of my period, no matter what, the devil goes into overdrive. I feel like my life gets turned upside down\u2026The pain is crazy. It feels like somebody is kicking me in my back.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, she said hopefully: \u201cThe last two months have not been as bad. I just feel drowsy. But I\u2019ve been working out even more. And I\u2019ve gone from 11 days [on my period] to four or five, which is kind of normal, so that\u2019s nice.\u201d<\/p>
