Shatta Movement Records, the management team of Shatta Wale has apologized to the Ghana Society of Physically Disabled (GSPD) for their artiste\u2019s mockery remarks about Stonebwoy.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

In a statement to address the controversy, the Empire said Wale meant no harm against the disabled group.<\/p>\n

Shatta Movement Empire noted that the artiste\u2019s statement \u201cmay have been misinterpreted\u201d as he had no intention to mock or belittle individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\n

According to the Empire, Wale\u2019s remarks was to \u201cemphasize the importance of Stonebwoy acting right and treating others with respect at all times.\u201d<\/p>\n

Statement from Shatta Movement Empire<\/p>\n

The Empire assured of its commitment to promote \u201cinclusivity and understanding\u201d and will strive to be more mindful of its words and action in the future.<\/p>\n

You recall that Shatta Wale made some mockery remarks about Stonebwoy for boycotting the Abeka Salahfest.<\/p>\n

In a viral video, Wale said \u201cStonebwoy, a disabled man you want to fight me a strong man, I will kick you.\u201d<\/p>\n

The GSPD then demanded an apology from the artiste and asked him to retract his statement.<\/p>\n

GSPD noted that such a \u201cprimitive statement should not have come from a high-profile personality like Shata Wale.\u201d<\/p>\n

The society handed the artiste an ultimatum of seven days to apologise. However, Shatta Wale in responding to the matter did not comply with the society\u2019s request.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Ayoo\u2019 hit maker rather questioned the society\u2019s motive for the demand and spoke against their request.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can\u2019t create a problem for me, I am a problem myself,\u201d \u201cEverything we are creating an association and paying dues, there is even Unemployed people association,\u201d the outspoken musician stated.<\/p>\n
