Ghanaian musician Gyakie has shared her reservations about dating a man in the music and creative industry.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

In a recent interview with 3FM, Gyakie said that although love is unquestionably beautiful, romantic relationships with people in the same field as you might be quite difficult.<\/p>\n

She acknowledged that love is unpredictable, but she insisted that she would not be dating someone in the business for the time being.<\/p>\n

\u201cI won\u2019t advise myself to do that if I have another version of me. I wouldn\u2019t advise that because it can be very, very tricky but you never know.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am human\u201d \u2013 Gyakie asserts she is not immune to heartbreak<\/a><\/p>\n\n

\u201cLove is a beautiful thing. I wouldn\u2019t say its wrong but at the same time, right now, I wouldn\u2019t advise myself to be with an industry person,\u201d Gyakie said.<\/p>\n

Gyakie disclosed her motivations for coming up with her latest single \u2018December\u2019.<\/p>\n

She revealed that following a disappointment and broken heart from a \u2018special someone\u2019, she decided to put her thoughts together to compose \u2018December\u2019 in order to deal with her emotions.<\/p>\n

In an interview on TV3\u2019s New Day on Wednesday, April 10, the \u2018Rent free\u2019 hitmaker said she was in a sad moment when she wrote the lyrics for \u2018December\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is fully broken heart. Its actually one of the songs I wrote when I was in actually in one of my sad moments and I wrote it in Paris. Every word in the song is literally direct. A special someone disappointed me\u2026the story of the song is in the lyrics of the song when you read the lyrics, you will understand what I mean more,\u201d she told Berla Mundi and Naa Ashorkor.<\/p>\n
