Voting is currently underway in the Ejisu Constituency in the Ashanti Region by 1,081 delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The delegates have to choose from nine contenders, namely; Kwasi Nyantakyi Kwabena Boateng, Dr Evans Duah, Klinsman Karikari Mensah, Helena Mensah, Abena Pokuaa Boaitey, Portia Acheampong Abronye, Aaron Prince Duah and Maame Yaa Aboagye.<\/p>\n\n

The primary became necessary due to the demise of the incumbent MP, Dr John Kumah. Dr Kumah died aged 45 after short illness.<\/p>\n\n
