Black Stars striker Brandon Thomas-Asante has stated that playing in the English Premier League is his ambition and playing for Coventry City will help him realize this ambition.<\/p>\n

He said this in an interview with Coventry City media after making his debut in a 2-1 loss to German side Werder Bremen ahead of the 2024-2025 season opener against Stoke City on Saturday, August 10.<\/p>\n

Thomas-Asante recently joined Coventry from West Bromwich Albion on a four year deal for an undisclosed fee after flirting with a move to Hull City.<\/a> (Click highlighted text to read full story)<\/p>\n

\u201cGoals and excitement. Moments. I love to be expressive and instinctive. I am playing freely which is something the manager he will allow me to do. I am super excited. I have had me eyes on the Premier League, I have always had my eyes on it. I feel like coming here, it will put me in that position. Thomas-Asante made his Black Stars in June, 2024 in a 4-3 win over C.A.R. in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.<\/p>
