West Ham United manager David Moyes has showered praise on Mohammed Kudus for his impressive adaptation to the rigors of the English Premier League since joining the club from Ajax.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 23-year-old Black Stars attacker has seamlessly transitioned into the Premier League, contributing significantly to West Ham\u2019s success both domestically and in European competitions.<\/p>\n

Moyes commended Kudus\u2019 ability to settle in quickly, highlighting the challenges many overseas players face in adapting to the pace and physicality of the Premier League.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not easy to start well in the Premier League, and a lot of the players who come from overseas find it quite difficult, but I think Mo, though, because of the experience he\u2019s had \u2013 in Denmark, the Netherlands and now the Premier League \u2013 it has given him a better coverage of different leagues,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe will be important for us going forward in the future as well. He\u2019s a young boy who has only just come into the Premier League and he\u2019s settled in incredibly well,\u201d added the West Ham gaffer.<\/p>\n

His performances have surpassed expectations, with one of his goals in the Round of 16 stage of the Europa League against SC Freiburg being voted Goal of the Month for March.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re really enjoying the way he is playing for West Ham,\u201d Moyes remarked in a pre-game press conference ahead of West Ham\u2019s Europa League quarterfinal clash against Bayer Leverkusen. \u201cHe has a lot of development ahead of him, and he\u2019s settling in nicely here. He will be important for us going forward in the future as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kudus\u2019 impact on the pitch has been evident, with the Ghanaian already notching up an impressive tally of 13 goals across all competitions for West Ham. This feat has\u00a0surpassed his compatriot and Black Stars captain Andre Ayew as West Ham\u2019s leading Ghanaian scorer, further solidifying his status as a key player for the Hammers.<\/p>\n

West Ham will take on Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday in the Europa League quarter-finals.<\/p>\n
