Social networking platform X, formerly Twitter has been washed agog with a video of popular Canadian singer, Celine Dion receiving treatment for her Stiff Person Syndrome.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The video is purported to be from the pop star\u2019s documentary about the battling of her Stiff person Syndrome and her music career.<\/p>\n

The documentary, \u2018I am: Celine Dion\u2019 gives a raw and honest behind-the-scenes look at the iconic superstar\u2019s struggle with a life-altering illness.<\/p>\n

Serving as a love letter to her fans, this inspirational documentary highlights the music that has guided her life while also showcasing the resilience of the human spirit.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, July 9 Celine started trending when a video of her receiving treatment for her illness surfaced on X.<\/p>\n

In the video, the pop star could be seen crying and convulsing while a team attends to her for treatment.<\/p>\n

She found it difficult to speak and was only groaning in convulsion. One of her team members, identified as Brian could be heard saying \u201cWe are here with you Boss. We are all here, everything is going to be okay.\u201d<\/p>\n

The video which is purported to have been recorded two years ago has been met with consolation from her fans.<\/p>\n

The pop singer is currently under treatment and have significantly improved from her condition. Celine Dion, Dua Lipa, and Aya Nakamura are set to perform live at the 2024 Paris Olympics, which will take place in Paris, France.<\/p>\n

The Paris Olympics will run from Friday, July 26, 2024, to Sunday, August 11, 2024.<\/p>\n

Celine Dion first disclosed in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, which causes stiff muscles in the torso, arms and legs, with noise or emotional distress known to trigger spasms.<\/p>\n

She revealed that she secretly battled Stiff Person Syndrome for 17 years before making it public.<\/p>\n

The ailing singer confessed that she had been experiencing symptoms since 2008.<\/p>\n\n

She recently stated that her Stiff Person Syndrome feels like she\u2019s \u201cbeing strangled.\u201d<\/p>\n

In May last year, Dion was forced to cancel a string of shows scheduled for 2023 and 2024, saying she was not strong enough to tour.<\/p>\n
