Ghana will vie for a spot at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco by competing in Group F against Sudan, Angola, and Niger. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Black Stars will face a familiar opponent in Sudan, now led by former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah. This draw echoes the 2023 Afcon qualifiers, where Otto Addo\u2019s team played against Angola.<\/p>\n

Ghana will also confront Niger, their last encounter occurring at the 2013 African Cup of Nations.<\/p>\n

The four-time champions aim to secure a top-two finish in the group, ensuring their 11th consecutive Afcon finals appearance.<\/p>\n

\nThe qualifiers will begin in September this year, determining the first 24 nations out of the 48 that will participate in Africa\u2019s premier football event.<\/p>\n

The Confederation of African Football has scheduled the next edition to commence on December 21, 2025, and conclude on January 18, 2026.<\/p>\n

Ivory Coast, the defending champions, clinched the title with a 2-1 win over Nigeria in the 2023 edition.<\/p>
