UAE and\u00a0Saudi Arabia is actively loading tankers with oil. Iran is exporting raw materials even faster. World prices have already fallen to $70.5 per barrel. And Russian suppliers are beginning to twist their hands so that they increase discounts, experts say.<\/p>\n

“This morning, four Saudi supertankers appeared outside the Strait of Hormuz and their sediment indicates that they are fully loaded,” writes Bloomberg columnist Javier Blas<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He cites satellite imagery that oil loading in Saudi Arabia continues and three more supertankers have stopped at the terminals in Ras Tanur and Al-Juaimah.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Bloomberg columnist notes, the UAE is increasing exports even faster.<\/p>\n

“We have the first country in the Persian Gulf that raises its oil exports to (if not even higher) pre-war levels: the UAE. Of course, the “ketchup effect” may inflate exports a little, since it comes from stocks as well. But anyway, it is clear that oil exports in June rose sharply and reached about 95% of the pre\u2014war level,” notes Javier Blas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In his opinion, with the growth of exports, the recovery of oil production will not take long to wait.<\/p>\n

“It is important that UAE oil flows much further than its typical trading partners. With falling demand in China, Abu Dhabi is sending large volumes of crude oil to Europe and the United States,” writes a Bloomberg columnist.<\/p>\n

Even more after the memorandum and the lifting of the blockade is exported from\u00a0Persian Gulf Iran. Volumes in tankers are estimated to be up to 60 million barrels outside the Strait of Hormuz, although, according to Bloomberg, raw materials do not have time to sell quickly, as the main buyers \u2014 private Chinese refineries \u2014 have reduced processing.<\/p>\n

Be that as it may, but the growth of supplies has already lowered world oil prices. On July 2, the benchmark Brent is trading at $ 70.5 per barrel.<\/p>\n

“For Russia, as for any mining country, this is a problem,” says Igor Yushkov<\/strong>, a leading analyst at the FNEB and an expert at the Financial University under the Government of Russia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He notes that already in June, the Ministry of Economic Development showed the average price of Russian Urals at $ 63.5 per barrel, while in May it was traded at $86.5.<\/p>\n

“And that’s the first problem. And the second problem is that as the market is saturated, the competition for Russian oil has decreased. Including India, which at the height of the crisis bought raw materials not at a discount, but at a premium to Brent of about $ 4. This demonstrated the high demand for our oil and the competition for it. Now we are coming to about $ 7 discount,” says the leading analyst of FNEB.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to him, the price situation is more important for Russia than volumes.<\/p>\n

“So far, the scenario is a return to pre\u2014Hormuz prices for Russian oil, especially against the background of problems with oil refining in the country. Buyers will twist the hands of Russian suppliers as much as possible. Most likely, the volumes will also be lower, since the efficiency of oil refining in the country at reserve capacities, which are likely to be used, is lower than at the affected large enterprises,” says Maxim Shaposhnikov<\/strong>, adviser to the Industrial Code Fund manager.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, the expert believes that it is too early to write off the Middle East crisis.<\/p>\n

“I don’t believe in the end of the conflict over Iran yet. So, perhaps the tension there will support the price of oil at an elevated level,” adds Maxim Shaposhnikov.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As EADaily<\/strong><\/a> reported, the average price level of Urals grade oil for June 2026 was $ 63.52 per barrel. This is the lowest price for the most popular grade of Russian oil since March, when the Iranian war began, and it is a third lower than during the peak in April. Then Urals was selling at an average of $ 94.87 per barrel. The quotations of the first month of summer met the budget forecasts, $59, and June will be the fourth month of the year that will bring higher oil and gas revenues to Russia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
