Accra, June\u00a025, GNA \u2013 The Africa Drone Soccer Federation (ADSF) has signed\u00a0a\u00a0 Memorandum\u00a0of Understanding (MoU) with A-Tech Group Korea (ATGK)\u00a0in Accra.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It is\u00a0aimed at accelerating the development of Drone Soccer, STEM education, youth innovation, and drone technology capacity building across Ghana and the African continent.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The MoU signing\u00a0ceremony\u00a0 was\u00a0jointly executed by Mr. Cheol Soo Lee, Chief Executive Officer of A-Tech Group Korea, and Dr. Alfred Kwanchie Dodoo, President of the Africa Drone Soccer Federation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The partnership\u00a0establishes\u00a0a strategic framework for collaboration in the areas of Drone Soccer infrastructure development, supply of certified Drone Soccer equipment, technology transfer, training and certification programmes, competition management, STEM education integration, youth empowerment, and institutional development across Africa.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The agreement also\u00a0seeks\u00a0to promote innovation ecosystems and strengthen technological cooperation between Ghana and the Republic of Korea.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking during the ceremony, Mr. Cheol Soo Lee underscored A-Tech Group Korea\u2019s commitment to supporting the growth of Drone Soccer in Ghana and Africa through the provision of equipment, technical\u00a0expertise, training, certification programmes, and knowledge exchange.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

He\u00a0stated\u00a0that through this partnership, A-Tech Group Korea is pleased to support the Africa Drone Soccer Federation in\u00a0establishing\u00a0a sustainable Drone Soccer ecosystem that will create opportunities for young people and educational institutions across Ghana and Africa.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

In his remarks, Dr. Alfred Kwanchie Dodoo, President of the Africa Drone Soccer Federation, expressed profound appreciation to Mr. Lee and A-Tech Group Korea for their confidence in the Federation and their willingness to support the development of Drone Soccer on the continent.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0Dr. Dodoo indicated that the Federation would work closely with educational institutions, government agencies, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the partnership.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also addressing the gathering, Mr. Michael Nii Armah Tagoe,\u00a0representing\u00a0the Ghana Chapter of the Federation, announced plans to\u00a0establish\u00a0Drone Soccer Clubs in first- and second-cycle educational institutions throughout Ghana.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0According to Mr. Tagoe, Drone Soccer offers a unique opportunity to combine sports with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education while nurturing the next generation of innovators and technology leaders.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The partnership between ADSF and ATGK is expected to\u00a0facilitate\u00a0the establishment of Drone Soccer arenas and training centres, certification programmes for coaches and referees, national and continental competitions, youth entrepreneurship initiatives, and regional Drone Soccer hubs across Africa.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The signing of the MoU marks a significant milestone in the advancement of Drone Soccer and the broader promotion of innovation, STEM education, sports technology, and international cooperation between Ghana, Africa, and the Republic of Korea.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Present at the signing ceremony were:\u00a0 Mr. Michael Nii Armah Tagoe \u2013 Representative, Ghana Chapter of the Africa Drone Soccer Federation, Mr. Samuel Nii Dodoo \u2013 Executive Secretary, Africa Drone Soccer Federation and Nii Harry Dodoo \u2013 Steering Committee Member, Ga Mashie Development Agency (GAMADA).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
