Popular Nigerian comedienne, Helen Paul has proposed that wives should allow for their salaries to be paid directly into the bank accounts of their husbands.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The comedian recently made the suggestion and asked other women\u2019s thoughts on the matter in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u201cI think women\u2019s salaries should be paid directly to their husband\u2019s bank account. My fellow women, what do you think?\u201d<\/p>\n

Taking to the comment section, some women disagreed while others concurred with her opinion.<\/p>\n

Paul broke out as a naughty comic character on the popular Nigerian radio program Wetin Dey on Radio Continental 102.3FM, Lagos. She was known on the programme as \u201cTatafo\u201d, a witty kid who addresses and lampoons societal issues in a satirical manner.<\/p>\n

In July 2012, Paul released her debut album Welcome Party, which contains Afro-Pop songs such as \u201cBoju Boju\u201d, \u201cVernacular\u201d, \u201cGbedu\u201d, \u201cGod Forbid\u201d, an Afro RnB song titled \u201cChildren of the World\u201d, and \u201cUse Calculator\u201d, an enlightenment song about the menace of the HIV-AIDs epidemic. She subsequently released some singles, including \u201cTake It Back\u201d.<\/p>\n

In 2018, she released the audio and visuals of her single titled \u201cNever Knew\u201d, an inspiring song about her developmental years and career progress thus far.<\/p>\n

She holds a doctorate in Theater Arts from the University of Lagos.<\/p>\n
