Veteran Korean broadcaster Sohn Suk-hee is returning to MBC radio as a DJ for the first time in 13 years, marking another high-profile comeback to the network where he built his reputation as one of Korea\u2019s most influential current affairs hosts. Xportsnews has learned that Sohn will host a newly launched program in the noon time slot on MBC Standard FM as part of the network\u2019s upcoming programming reshuffle. The slot is currently occupied by \u201cSon Tae-jin\u2019s Trot Radio,\u201d hosted by singer Son Tae-jin. The program will reportedly move to a different time slot following the reorganization. Sohn previously hosted the influential MBC radio current affairs show \u201cSohn Suk-hee\u2019s News Focus\u201d from 2000 to 2013. The program became one of Korea\u2019s most recognizable radio news shows and was widely credited with reshaping the format of morning current affairs radio broadcasting in the country.
