Basake Holy Stars have been declared the winners of matchday 26 in the Access Bank Division One League zone 2 fixture against Sefwi All-Stars. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This decision follows the committee\u2019s findings that fans of the home team, Sefwi All-Stars, invaded the pitch, causing the game to end prematurely.<\/p>\n

In their defence, Sefwi All-Stars claimed that the game did not end abruptly, as Basake Holy Stars (the complainant) suggested.<\/p>\n

Instead, they maintained that the match officials managed the game smoothly until the end of the first half, and then walked to their dressing room without any issues.<\/p>\n

Sefwi All-Stars have been declared the losers of the match by articles 33(2) and 34(12)<\/strong> of the Ghana Football Association Division One League regulations.<\/p>\n\n

As a result, Basake Holy Stars have been awarded 3 points and 3 goals.<\/p>\n

With these 3 points, Basake Holy Stars now lead the Access Bank Division One League Zone 2 table with a total of 53 points. <\/strong><\/p>\n

They are just one game away from securing promotion to the 2024\/25 Ghana Premier League.<\/strong><\/p>
