The report indicated that multiple invoices submitted for payment showed signs of duplication, while others covered similar services within the same time frames, raising questions about possible overbilling.
\nThe audit findings specifically pointed to inconsistencies in the documentation supporting the payments, noting that some charges appeared to have been repeated across different invoices. In other instances, services billed overlapped, suggesting that the same work may have been charged for more than once.
