The National Service Authority (NSA), in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), has convened a high-level meeting to review and advance a new Work Readiness and Leadership Training Programme aimed at equipping Ghanaian graduates with the skills required for successful entry into the workforce.<\/p>\n

According to a post shared on Facebook by the Authority, the initiative, designed to impact approximately 150,000 graduates each year, seeks to bridge the gap between academic training and the practical demands of Ghana\u2019s evolving labour market. <\/p>\n
