The Ministry of Roads and Highways has confirmed progress in the investigation of the footbridge damaged between Feista Royal and Nogahill Hotel on the N1 highway.<\/p>\n

Minister Kwame Agbodza, in a post on February 8, stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have made progress. The police are in touch with the owners of the vehicle, the Ministry of Roads and Highways, and other relevant bodies to advance the investigation, assess the level of damage, and prescribe the necessary repairs.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI appreciate the efforts of the Minister responsible for the Interior, the IGP, police, and members of the public who have been in touch to provide vital information.\u201d<\/p>\n

This follows an earlier statement on February 6, in which the Roads Minister urged the owner of the vehicle involved to cooperate with authorities:<\/p>\n
