A former national super featherweight champion, he was named the Best Boxer at the inaugural Ghana Professional Boxing League in 2022, a feat that earned him a brand new car.<br \/>\nStill unbeaten after 13 professional fights, with one draw, Tetteh remains firmly on the rise. Although discussions are ongoing for a lucrative showdown against local rival Isaac Kakraba of Michael Amoo-Bediako\u2019s Lions Sport Management, his immediate focus is on the tune-up bout in Koforidua, 40 days away.<br \/>\nSP Sport Promotions CEO Samuel Agyei Darkwah described the event as one of the first major professional boxing shows staged in Koforidua, marking a significant milestone for sports development in the Eastern Region. He explained that the city was deliberately chosen for its strong reputation in tourism, entertainment, sports, and cultural heritage.<br \/>\nAccording to Darkwah, SP Sport Promotions and T2 Bar have mapped out a long-term plan to take boxing to more communities across the Eastern Region, driven by a broader agenda of youth development, talent discovery, tourism growth, community building and unity.<br \/>\n\u201cIntroducing boxing into the Eastern Region\u2019s sports landscape will further enhance tourism, entertainment and social cohesion,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nBeyond the boxing action, fight night promises a full entertainment experience, with comedy and musical performances scheduled between bouts, capped by an all-night after-party at T2 Bar for patrons.<br \/>\n\u201cWe chose Koforidua because the Eastern Region is known for tourism, entertainment, sports and culture.
