The Minister of the Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, has praised the ongoing recruitment exercise into Ghana\u2019s security services, describing the process as orderly, seamless, and transparent.<\/p>\n

According to the Minister, the smooth conduct of the exercise is the result of effective planning and strong coordination among the various security agencies involved. <\/p>\n

He noted that these measures have helped to ensure fairness and integrity throughout the recruitment process.<\/p>\n

Mr Muntaka made the remarks during a visit to the Fire Service Training School at James Town, where he toured the facility to assess the ongoing screening exercise. <\/p>\n

He explained that his visits to the various screening centres are aimed at monitoring progress and encouraging applicants to go through the process independently, without the involvement of intermediaries.<\/p>\n

The Minister outlined the subsequent stages of the recruitment process, stating that the current phase involves documentation verification and body inspection. <\/p>\n

Successful candidates will then proceed to an online aptitude test, after which they will undergo medical examinations before final selection.<\/p>\n

Emphasising the government\u2019s commitment to fairness, Mr. Muntaka urged applicants to avoid third-party interference and warned strongly against corruption and exploitation. <\/p>\n

He cautioned applicants to be wary of fraudsters and middlemen who claim they can guarantee success in exchange for money. <\/p>\n

\u201cSuch deceptive practices will not be tolerated,\u201d he said, adding that anyone found engaging in such activities would face immediate arrest and prosecution.<\/p>\n

The Minister also expressed appreciation to security officers for their professionalism and dedication, while commending applicants for their willingness to serve the nation.<\/p>\n

He noted that the recruitment exercise has been strengthened by digital reforms, including the introduction of a centralised e-recruitment portal, aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency.<\/p>\n
