The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has issued a warning to the public following the circulation of a letter on social media claiming to announce the commencement of recruitment.<\/p>\n

In a statement released on Friday, January 23, GES clarified that the purported letter is fraudulent and does not originate from the Service. Management emphasised that recruitment has not yet begun and urged the public to exercise caution.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Management of the Ghana Education Service has sighted a letter circulating on social media, purportedly issued by the Service, alleging the commencement of recruitment,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n

\"GES<\/figure>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cManagement wishes to inform the general public that recruitment has not yet begun. The letter currently in circulation is fake and does not originate from the Ghana Education Service.\u201d<\/p>\n

GES further indicated that any official recruitment announcement will be communicated exclusively through its recognised platforms. <\/p>\n

Members of the public are therefore advised to disregard any recruitment notifications that do not come directly from GES.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn official announcement will be made exclusively through GES\u2019s official platforms when the recruitment process officially begins,\u201d the statement added. \u201cThe public is therefore advised to treat as false any recruitment announcement that does not emanate from the official platforms of the Ghana Education Service.\u201d<\/p>\n

GES has urged individuals to verify information before taking any action and to consult the Service\u2019s official communication channels for updates on recruitment and other announcements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
