The High Court in Accra has confirmed that there is no registered will for the late highlife musician Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, at the Probate and Administration Division\u2019s registry.<\/p>\n

The confirmation followed an official registry search conducted as part of the legal process to manage the estate of the celebrated artiste.<\/p>\n

The search aimed to determine whether the late musician had filed a will with the High Court, including details such as the filing date, the person who submitted it, and the lawyer who prepared it.<\/p>\n

However, the registry\u2019s response, dated January 19, 2026, revealed that \u201cthere is no record of any will deposited by Daddy Lumba.\u201d<\/p>\n

The document, signed and stamped by the Registrar of the Probate and Administration Division, confirmed that no such record exists in the court\u2019s registry.<\/p>\n
