e-Crime Bureau has officially inaugurated its third Board of Directors, a move set to steer the firm\u2019s strategic direction and strengthen its position as a leading cybersecurity provider across Ghana and Africa. <\/p>\n

The ceremony was held on Friday, November 28, at the Bureau\u2019s offices in Accra, with H.L. Justice Rebecca Sittie, a retired High Court Justice, administering the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.<\/p>\n

The Board is chaired by Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako, founder of e-Crime Bureau and former Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority (CSA). <\/p>\n

According to the Bureau, his appointment as Executive Chairman marks a return to the firm, where he is expected to guide strategic initiatives and drive the firm\u2019s international market expansion.<\/p>\n

Joining Dr. Antwi-Boasiako are distinguished professionals and business leaders who will provide strategic oversight and support for the Bureau\u2019s Transition and Growth Strategy. <\/p>\n

In a press engagement held on Monday, December 15 to announce the inauguration, the company underscores it\u2019s commitment to professional leadership, corporate governance, and the scaling of its service portfolio in cybersecurity consulting, technology solutions, and business transformation across the continent.<\/p>\n
