Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako, the former Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority (CSA), has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of e-Crime Bureau, following his selection by the newly inaugurated Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

Dr. Antwi-Boasiako, a continental cybersecurity leader and prolific author, founded the e-Crime Bureau in 2011 and served as its Principal Consultant until 2017. <\/p>\n

He later established the CSA, serving as the Authority\u2019s first Director-General until March 2025. <\/p>\n

Under his leadership, the country\u2019s cybersecurity readiness rose from 32.6% in 2017 to 99.27% in 2025, according to the International Telecommunication Union\u2019s Global Cybersecurity Index. <\/p>\n

Additionally, he served as the founding Chair of the African Network of Cyber Security Authorities (ANCA), driving pan-African cybersecurity frameworks and collaborating with the Smart Africa Alliance on a five-year continental development blueprint.<\/p>\n

The inauguration of the Bureau\u2019s third Governing Board aligns with its Transition and Growth Strategy, aimed at expanding service offerings and extending market reach in Ghana and beyond. <\/p>\n

In his new role, Dr. Antwi-Boasiako is expected to provide strategic leadership and drive the Bureau\u2019s positioning as a Pan-African leader in cybersecurity consulting, technology solutions, and business transformation.<\/p>\n

Supporting him, Mr. Emmanuel Agyei has been appointed Consulting Chief Executive (CCE), bringing operational leadership to implement the firm\u2019s strategic objectives. <\/p>\n

The Board also comprises accomplished professionals and business leaders, including:<\/p>\n

Mr. Daniel Adoteye \u2013 Board Member, providing strategic oversight.<\/p>\n

Dr. Suzanne Nti \u2013 Board Member, bringing expertise in governance and policy.<\/p>\n

Professor Goski Alabi \u2013 Board Member, noted for contributions to education and organisational strategy.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hicham El Achgar \u2013 Board Member, with extensive business leadership experience.<\/p>\n

Mr. Michael Abbiw \u2013 Board Member, specialising in corporate advisory.<\/p>\n

Ms. Cecilia Antwi Kyem \u2013 Board Secretary, ensuring governance and compliance.<\/p>\n

The inauguration ceremony took place on Friday, 28th November 2025, at the Bureau\u2019s offices in Accra. <\/p>\n

H.L. Justice Rebecca Sittie, a retired Justice of the High Court, administered the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.<\/p>\n

Established in 2011, e-Crime Bureau is a tier-1 licensed cybersecurity service provider, offering consulting, investigations, and technology solutions across Ghana and Africa. <\/p>\n

The Bureau specialises in cybersecurity services, digital forensics, financial crimes investigations, legal support, professional training, and technology solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
