The\u00a0ceremony\u00a0took\u00a0place\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0Grand\u00a0Arena\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Accra\u00a0International\u00a0Conference\u00a0Centre,\u00a0attracting\u00a0leading\u00a0industry\u00a0figures,\u00a0policymakers,\u00a0and\u00a0international\u00a0partners.<\/p>\n

The Awards was hosted by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry (MoTAI) and the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA).<\/p>\n

The\u00a0distinguished\u00a0awards\u00a0night\u00a0was\u00a0graced\u00a0by\u00a0Professor\u00a0Jane\u00a0Naana\u00a0Opoku-Agyemang,\u00a0Vice\u00a0President\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Republic\u00a0of\u00a0Ghana,\u00a0alongside\u00a0Elizabeth\u00a0Ofosu-Adjare,\u00a0Minister\u00a0of\u00a0Trade,\u00a0Agribusiness\u00a0and\u00a0Industry, and Professor George Agyei, Director-General of GSA.<\/p>\n

In her keynote speech, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyeman emphasised that this year\u2019s awards focus on driving economic growth and national prosperity through targeted initiatives such as the 24-Hour Economy Policy. <\/p>\n

She also commended Softcare FM Manufacturing Co. Ltd for its outstanding performance, noting that its excellence contributes to Ghana\u2019s economic development and strengthens the country\u2019s position as a leading manufacturing hub in West Africa.<\/p>\n

The representative of AGI expressed his appreciation to government for its efforts in creating a fair and competitive business environment and ensuring consistent regulatory enforcement for local manufacturers. He also called on the relevant authorities to further strengthen support for high-quality investors and local manufacturers in Ghana.<\/p>\n
